I joined Bria mid July 2018, in a month I have already lost 10 pounds(its now mid August). She challenges me to push pass my limits. I was hestaint about group training, thinking I would not get the attention I needed and my goals being different from the other individuals. I was wrong, she sits down with you on day one and goes over everything you are wanting. In group training its a very small group where she can focus on each person, she might have eyes in the back of her head because she sees EVERYTHING when you think she doesn't.I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to enhance their workouts or to anyone who is just looking to take that first step in getting fit.
