This is a 6 week cardio and core based program! This program is meant to help you shed weight quickly by incorporating HIIT (high intensity interval training) each workout! The program ranges from short, mid, to mid- long distance & includes 5 workouts weekly for six weeks. Each cardio circuit is followed with 10-15 minutes of core work. You will need access to a treadmill, stairmaster, & basic gym equipment to follow the program exactly. This program includes modifications on the bike and elliptical if you are unable to run! Every workout has a video link to YouTube so that you can see each exercise performed correctly.
