Thanks for your interest in in-person training. I currently train women in small groups of 4 to 6. I take on clients as slots open and my slots are extremely limited. Currently, my in-person training schedule is: M/T/W/F (5/530/6/630/7/730/8am). If you're interested in learning more and being added to the wait list, please fill out the questionnaire below.

I offer two types of in person training: Full-time and Hybrid. Hybrid is full online access each week (6 workouts weekly) & 2 in person workouts per week (8 monthly). You could basically say that it is the full online package (see online training page) + 2 in person workouts weekly at the time slots above of your preference.
