What do you need?
If you are doing the home version of my online program, all you need is one set of dumbbells, one lower body band, one long loop band, and one jump rope!
To participate in the gym version, you need access to a full gym with barbells, free weights, cables, resistance bands, medicine balls, and all other basic gym equipment.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to log on at certain times to complete the workouts?
No, all workouts can be done on your own time, they will have demo videos and you are able to check them off once you complete each one. Zoom sessions are at set times but these are optional and you will still have the workout of the day on your schedule if you don't attend zoom.
Do you offer payment plans?
I do not offer payment plans for online training- You will pay a one time payment for the month. This is not a subscription. I don't keep your card info on file.
Are the workouts customized?
Each month I program out the entire month to progressively get more challenging each week. You can choose from home, gym, or split workouts. I will cater your coaching to help reach your goals. For instance: if your goal is to lose weight, I will give you nutritional help and workouts that will help you reach that goal. Online training programs are not 100% individual but my coaching to each client is.
