Alright ladies, the month you’ve been waiting for...SQUATOBER. The month where we really truly focus on mobility and different forms of squats to get STRONGER.We will do some form of squat daily whether a variation or a standard back squat so get ready! Form is your focus! Adding weight comes secondary, and you will see major changes in your lower body growth and strength this month. This is our last hoorah before the holidays! oh yeah...this challenge is FIVE WEEKS!I'm here to help coach you throughout the month and provide all the help you need to succeed. The challenge will run from SEPTEMBER 2ND-30TH. This program will include the following:

  • 5 FULL WEEKS OF PROGRAMMING- 6 DAYS PER WEEK
  • VIDEO DEMOS FOR ALL EXERCISES
  • PRIVATE GROUP CHAT FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS
  • 2 IN APP CHECK INS
  • SAMPLE MEAL PLAN SENT EACH WEEK
  • GYM, ADVANCED GYM, OR HOME OPTIONS AVAILABLE
  • SUPPLEMENT GUIDE FOR THE MONTH

GYM VERSION MUST HAVE ACCESS TO FULL GYM WITH MACHINES, BARBELLS, DUMBBELLS, ETC. ADVANCED VERSION WILL INCLUDE ADVANCED GYM EQUIPMENT

HOME VERSION MUST HAVE ACCESS TO DUMBBELLS, LOWER BODY BANDS, UPPER BODY BANDS, AND LONG LOOP BANDS

I am in the middle of the 2024 Squatober challenge and thoroughly enjoying it! I'm following the gym program and Bria's video + detailed instructions are helping me challenge myself appropriately to see the gains I'm looking for! She is quick to answer questions and provide recommendations for modifications you need :)

I participated in the BNickFit online training program in 2023 to prepare for a marathon after a long stint away from the pavement. I'm back preparing for another in 2024 and let me tell you, she has not disappointed! I'm beyond pleased with the strength and agility improvements I'm seeing so far!!
