BNICKFIT OCTOBER CHALLENGE
Bnickfit 4 week challenge! It's the best time of the year- we are squatting all month!!! I am so excited to get back to coaching challenges. It's so much easier to work towards a goal when you have accountability and motivation to do it! I'm here to help coach you throughout the month and provide all the help you need to succeed. The challenge will run from OCTOBER 2ND - NOVEMBER 3RD. This program will include the following:
