OCTOBER 5 WEEK ONLINE CHALLENGE
Alright ladies, the month you’ve been waiting for...SQUATOBER. The month where we really truly focus on mobility and different forms of squats to get STRONGER.We will do some form of squat daily whether a variation or a standard back squat so get ready! Form is your focus! Adding weight comes secondary, and you will see major changes in your lower body growth and strength this month. This is our last hoorah before the holidays! oh yeah...this challenge is FIVE WEEKS!I'm here to help coach you throughout the month and provide all the help you need to succeed. The challenge will run from SEPTEMBER 2ND-30TH. This program will include the following:
